How do I order name labels on Hipi.co.uk?
To order name labels on Hipi.co.uk, use the menu at the top of the page to choose which type of name label you'd like to create. Then pick the design and colour you want on your labels, along with the text. Name or initials plus a phone number are the most common. Once you've entered all the information you'd like on your name labels, click the 'Add to basket' button at the bottom of the page.

You can change the address until the order has been dispatched and correct typos until the products have gone into production. As a member of our membership club, you can easily check whether changes are still possible by logging in to "My account". Please note that we can't make changes once the product has been printed, even if you contact us straight away.

We normally produce the labels the same day if your order comes in early, otherwise the next working day. After that, allow 2 to 4 days for Royal Mail postal service, which is the fastest option available to us. We're afraid we don't offer express delivery. If you've ordered a lunchbox and/or drinking bottle, they're sent with tracked delivery and have the same delivery time of 2-4 working days.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
We usually dispatch products one working day after the order is placed, but production time can vary from 1 to 3 working days depending on order volume. Delivery time with Royal Mail and tracked delivery is normally 2-4 working days. As a member of our membership club, you can easily report a missing delivery by logging in to "My account".

On Hipi.co.uk you can pay safely and easily by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna or Apple Pay.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can! If you'd like an invoice directly from us (for a business, for example), we can create a manual order and send the invoice by email. You can also choose Klarna as your payment method and receive an invoice from them. If you pay by card, the receipt can be used as documentation. For a manual order, please contact customer service by emailing hi@hipi.co.uk and we'll be glad to help you further.
How do I order as a business?

What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
Hipi aims to deliver an excellent product to every customer. If you experience any problems with the products you've received from us, you'll either be sent new ones or get your money back, provided the product has been used correctly. In some cases we may ask you to return the products if you want to make use of the satisfaction guarantee. The guarantee does not cover typos made during ordering, nor does it apply if you want to change the design after ordering. The guarantee is valid for one year from the date of order.
What do I do if the name labels come off?
The most common reason stickers come off is that they haven't been applied correctly. The stickers are made to stick to synthetic materials and smooth surfaces, which must be clean and dry when you apply them. When attaching the sticker, rub it with your finger so all the edges stick down properly. When labelling clothes with a sticker, it must be attached to the silky fabric care label inside the garment. We always recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing the garment or item afterwards.

If the iron-on labels fall off, it's usually because they haven't had enough heat. There can be individual differences from iron to iron, so you may need to apply heat for longer than the recommended 10-15 seconds. Do have a look at our instructions before you get started.
