Labelling with mini name labels
Mini name labels are easy to use and can be applied to most surfaces. Place the mini label on a clean, smooth surface and wait at least 24 hours before exposing the mini label to water. This gives the adhesive time to bond properly with the surface. The mini labels are made to the same high quality as our classic name labels and are therefore very hard-wearing and, not least, waterproof. If you apply the mini label to a clean, smooth surface (such as a water bottle), they’ll handle 60°C dishwasher cycles.

Our customers use mini labels to mark everything from hair clips to sunglasses. Mini name labels are a brilliant product if you’ve got lots of little things to mark up. How to apply mini labels
They’re small but the method is the same.
Before you start
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry and grease-free.
- The smoother the surface, the better the stick.
- For lunchboxes or water bottles, give them a wipe with washing-up liquid first.
Stick them on
- Peel a label from the sheet without touching the back.
- Position it with a little space around all four sides — not right at an edge.
Make them last
- Press down firmly and smooth out any bubbles.
- Wait 24 hours before exposing to water so the adhesive can cure properly.
Tip: Label everything that goes to nursery — even the soft toys.

How long should the text be?
We've set a limit of 11 characters to keep the text easy to read. For longer names, initials work well.
Can I use mini stickers on a lunchbox?
Absolutely — mini labels stick to any clean, smooth surface.
How big are the mini stickers?
About a quarter of the size of a regular name label: 15 mm wide and 6 mm tall.
Can I take them off?
Yes — lift a short edge with a fingernail or tweezers and peel away in a smooth motion.
Will they survive a wash?
Yes — they handle a 60°C wash in the dishwasher once they've cured for 24 hours on a clean, smooth surface.
Are they made from safe materials?
Free from phthalates, BPA and PFAS. Tested regularly under REACH and Prop65.
How long is delivery?
Free postage as standard, normally 2-4 working days.
Can I have different names on one set?
All labels in a set come with the same text — initials or surnames work well for siblings.
Can I change my order later?
Production starts right away, so changes are only possible briefly. Once printed, we can't undo it.
