A brilliant choice for parents with plenty to label! The name labels are self-adhesive and stand up to both washing machine and dishwasher cycles up to 60°C.

Lots of kids love being part of designing their own name labels. With us you can put together labels that reflect your child’s personality and interests. Pick from heaps of different motifs – from sweet bunnies to cool diggers. When children choose the design themselves, it becomes much easier for them to spot their own things – whether it’s the lunchbox, the school bag or the coat in the cloakroom.

That way, keeping on top of everything that goes off to school and nursery becomes a lot less of a juggle.

How to apply your name labels

Get our name labels to stay put first time. It’s quick — just follow these steps.

Before you start

The surface needs to be clean, dry and free from any dust or grease.
On clothing, stick the label to the synthetic care label or another synthetic patch sewn into the garment — not directly to the fabric.
For lunchboxes, water bottles or toys, give the surface a quick wipe to remove any grease before applying.

Apply to clothes

Find the care label inside the garment — it’s usually a smooth synthetic patch.
Peel the name label off the sheet, trying not to touch the sticky back.
Place it flat on the care label, making sure no edges fold over.
Press down firmly to push out any air bubbles.
Leave for 24 hours before the first wash so the adhesive can fully cure.
Once cured, the labels handle washes up to 60°C, the tumble dryer and even the dishwasher.

Apply to belongings

Make sure the lunchbox, bottle or toy is clean and dry.
Peel and stick exactly where you want it.
Press down firmly and smooth out any bubbles.
Wait 24 hours before exposing it to water.

Tip: Pop a few extra name labels in the school bag and you’ll always have one to hand.

How long is the delivery time?

We ship free of charge — delivery is normally 2 to 4 working days, straight to your letterbox.

Can I have different names on the same set?

All 120 labels in a set come with the same text. If you're labelling for siblings, initials or surnames work well. For multiple users, the company name or phone number is another option.

Are the name labels waterproof?

Yes! Our name labels are designed to handle a wash in both the washing machine and dishwasher up to 60°C. Apply to a clean, smooth surface and wait 24 hours before exposing the label to water.

What can I label with name labels?

Most smooth surfaces work — synthetic care labels in clothes, plus backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles, shoes and more. Avoid sticking them straight onto fabric or cotton care labels (they'll come off in the wash). For those, our iron-on labels are the way to go.

How big are the labels?

Each label is 1.3 cm x 3 cm — small enough to be discreet, big enough to read.

Can I take them off again?

Yes. Lift a corner with your fingernail or a pair of tweezers, then peel away gently.

Will they stay put inside shoes?

They will, as long as you avoid the insole — that gets the most wear. Stick them on the inside of the shoe or on the tongue instead.

Are they made from safe materials?

Absolutely. Free from phthalates, BPA and PFAS, and we test our products regularly under REACH and Prop65 standards.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We start production right away, so there's only a small window for changes. If you have an account, log in and check whether changes are still possible. Once a label has been printed, we can't undo it.

I wanted labels for my moms clothing & possessions since shes in assisted living. I ordered & received them quickly a few weeks ago, but i had set them aside. I finally got around to the project of tagging everything and I must say that the labels are great! I love that i was able to personalize them even more by adding a design. Very nice labels. Good quality and stick well. I was gifted a set up name labels by a family member in Germany when my child started Montessori and we now ordered a new batch for school. Could have ordered from Ireland but these labels are almost half price compared to any Irish or UK company I could find online and delivery from Germany to Ireland was free and fast. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using these labels for a few years now for anything of my son’s, from winter gear to water bottles and even some sports gear. I love that they’re easy to apply, stay on through truly anything, and yet somehow miraculously are easy to remove without residue or tearing if items get donated or sold. Highly recommend.
