Our products are made to last, so you can keep your things in order. That’s why you’re always covered by our satisfaction guarantee when you shop with us.
The satisfaction guarantee means that you, as our customer, should be happy with the products you receive from us. If you’re not happy after using the products as intended, we’ll offer support and a refund if we can’t find a satisfying way to use the product together.
Are there any conditions?
Yes — the product needs to be used as it’s intended. For example, stickers need to be applied to synthetic surfaces, not something like cotton, which we don’t recommend. All products come with instructions, and you’ll need to show correct use to claim the satisfaction guarantee.
