I ordered over 1.5 months ago and still haven't received the package. It's been stuck at UPS and being scanned over and over for over a month, but it's not being delivered. No one knows why.
3 months ago I ordered and the same thing happened. The order had to be returned without me receiving the goods. This only happens when I order from Lappeliten and they use UPS. Otherwise I always get my packages from all other companies.
Do not recommend Lappelit! Will not order again.

Thank you for your review Diana, and we understand your frustration. This is truly not okay and not what we want a customer to experience, especially not twice. We sincerely apologize. We are now investigating what went wrong with the delivery and will be in touch directly by email to find a solution together.

Never received my labels - last tracking update was two and a half weeks ago and they were a city only 2 hours away from me. Not sure where they went

I loved these labels. I switched to a different label company last summer because I had a discount and went back to namelabels.com because they are so much better. I love these labels for equipment and clothes. The stay on and are more flexible than the other brand so my kids don't notice them.
