Very kids friendly. Absolutely love the bottle I ordered. Definitely will ordering again moving forward.
I ordered over 1.5 months ago and still have not received the package. It has been stuck at UPS and scanned over and over again for over a month, but not delivered. No one knows why. Three months ago I ordered and the same thing happened. The order had to go back without me receiving the goods. This only happens when I order from Lappeliten and they use UPS. Otherwise I always get my packages from all other companies. Do not recommend Lappeliten! Will not order more.

Thank you for your review Diana, and we understand your frustration. This is truly not okay and not what we want a customer to experience, especially not twice. We sincerely apologize. We are now investigating what went wrong with the delivery and will be in touch directly by email to find a solution together.

Updated my review. I initially left a poor review because I was frustrated that my order hasn't arrived and had no response/updates. However, I have since been in contact with a team member and they have assured me a new order was shipped and I should hopefully receive the order soon. I've ordered from namelabels for several years and always happy with their product. I was initially frustrated but now satisfied that their customer service pulled through and helped without any further issues. Here's to hoping my order arrives this time!

Such a lovely company to buy from. When my order didn’t arrive they quickly sent a replacement free of charge. Will definitely purchase from them again.
